Science of Stress

This course explores the science of stress so delegates leave empowered to recognise their stress signs and equipped to respond to themselves in a kind and healthy manner. By the end of the session, participants will:

  • Understand our chemical responses to stress
  • Be able to identify their own stress triggers
  • Be able to monitor and regulate stress levels
  • Recognise how stress presents in people
  • Learn five stress management activities

Avoiding Burnout

Equipping people with the knowledge and tools to look after themselves is part of the solution. This session could literally save lives. By the end of the session participants will be able to:

  • Define and identify the stages of burnout 
  • Assess their own burnout levels
  • Understand the consequences of ignoring burnout symptoms
  • Explore team approach to preventing burnout
  • Be inspired to continue developing their creative wellbeing toolkit

Empowered Relationships

This session has the potential to springboard lasting change. By the end of the session, participants will:

  • Understand the Drama Triangle model and how it applies to working life
  • Recognise the signs of Persecutor, Victim and Rescuer
  • Be familiar with the Empowerment Dynamic
  • Identify their own patterns
  • Explore how to make changes to foster happier, healthier relationships

Coaching Skills

This workshop is for line managers. It will give them skills and confidence in coaching so they can help colleagues and teams to transform.

At the end of the session, participants will have:

  • An understanding of and experience in using several
    coaching models
  • Developed an individual style and approach to coaching
