Our Courses

You may already feel you’re a creative person or be adamant you’re not. Wherever your starting position is, we’ll provide a safe space for you or your teams to explore creativity and reap the rewards. Daylight Saving Club

November 2024 – March 2025 | Online
Boost your wellbeing with these brilliant weekly online sessions designed to help you ace winter. It’s too easy to fall down a rabbit-hole and get swamped by all the grey days. These get-togethers will help you make the most of the time available whilst honouring the rhythm of the seasons.

Oi! What about me!

November 30th 2024 – Devon
Learn to put yourself first without feeling guilty. Leave yourself energy for finding things that make your heart sing. You’ll get a toolkit of activities to take-away, making it easier to weave the lessons of the day into your everyday life. This day is for you if you are  ready to start putting yourself centre-stage.

Express Yourself

October 10th 2024 – Online
This course will teach new ways of being. New ways of communicating that increase the likelihood of being seen, heard, and met. By the end of the session you will be clearer about your communication style and have an action plan to help you get your message across with confidence.

Melissa is an incredible facilitator; the perfect blend of playfulness and compassion with a deep integrity for the work which shines through.
