Employee Wellbeing

Boost morale and improve productivity.

As we continue to explore new ways of working, there’s a fabulous opportunity to create healthier environments.

If recent times have taught us anything, it’s that we can be incredibly adaptable, although our new ways of working have their challenges. A healthy workplace makes good business sense. People will stay and give their best if they feel valued, supported, and fulfilled.

Considering the average person will spend around a third of their life at work, the quality of the workplace culture is vital and is often the reason for poor mental health.

Could you drive for a healthier, happier workplace?

A healthy workplace should promote mental wellbeing and an appropriate work/life balance.

Of course, every business is different and even though you know what you should be doing to create a nurturing, healthy environment, you might be constrained by budget (we do offer payment plans if you need them), staff numbers or lack of wellbeing experience. Or wellbeing courses and workshops are a first line of defence against mental health struggles.

The tutors’ manner, skills and competencies were outstanding. The delivery, timing, engagement tools and ethos were excellent.

Science of Stress

This workshop is for line managers to give them skills and confidence in coaching so they can help colleagues and teams to transform.

After the course, delegates will have the skills to coach and develop their teams effectively.

We can also support you in developing your own in-house peer-coaching programme. Please contact us for details of this additional service

I know how hard it is to work in a demanding role. Finding time to practice self-care can feel ridiculously challenging.

Because I ‘get it’ I’ve been able to design sessions that work, making sure to incorporate plenty of simple, practical tools so people who do difficult jobs can take better care of themselves.

If I knew then what I know now, I might have taken action sooner and avoided burnout.
Whether it stems from compassion fatigue or systemic frustration, people need safe spaces to explore the healthiness of their relationship with work, so they can take better care of themselves. Of course, it’s not all down to the individual – sometimes workplaces need to take action too. These sessions help get everything out in the open so that wellbeing can be improved, for the benefit of all.

Avoiding Burnout

A burnt-out person cannot do their best work. Taking care of people makes for better teams and greater productivity. Let’s create workplaces where people thrive.

Equipping people with the knowledge and tools to look after themselves is part of the solution. This session could literally save lives.

Empowered Relationships

This session looks at the Drama Triangle and Empowerment Dynamic and helps delegates understand how their responses (conscious and unconscious) influence interactions. It has the potential to springboard lasting change. When people are enabled to understand how their own patterns influence the quality of their interactions, changes can be made and life gets better all round.

There can be so much energy lost to unnecessary drama. Learning how to stop taking responsibility for things beyond my control and getting better at setting boundaries has been a game-changer for me. Understanding how these patterns play out gave me the power to create healthier relationships. The models are useful for personal and work life.
This course will be helpful for anyone in a supportive role, whether team-leader or managing challenging clients. It reduces stress and leaves everyone more energy for doing great work.

The section on burnout brought home the reality of what people are experiencing. I’m glad they were able to express their feelings in a safe space and within a context where they were being looked after. The members of the team who attended were all helped and spoke highly of the training.
